What You Earn

Paid After Your Referral's First Payment

per successful referral

per referral who hires. Your first three successful referrals pay the most — no qualifying period beyond their first payment.

Referrals 4–13

per successful referral

per referral who hires. The next ten referrals earn $250 each, on the same terms.

Referrals 14–28
$100
per successful referral

per referral who hires. The following fifteen referrals earn $100 each.

Maximum across all tiers: $1,500 + $2,500 + $1,500 = $5,500 across your first 28 successful referrals.

Referral Program FAQs

Everything you need to know before sending a referral.

The program is open to past Hireflow VA clients. If you've completed a placement with us, you're eligible.
After your referral makes their first payment to us. Once that payment clears, we send your reward within five business days.
The reward tiers run through your 28th successful referral. Past that, email us and we'll agree on terms for continued referrals.
Someone you introduced who signs with Hireflow VA and makes their first payment. They need to be new to us — not an existing client or an active lead already in our pipeline.
No. The reward goes to you as the referrer. Your referral pays our standard placement fee.
Email sophia@investwithrama.co with their name and email address, and let them know to expect us. That's the whole process — no links or codes to track.
Terms & Conditions

The Fine Print

01Eligibility is limited to past Hireflow VA clients who have completed at least one placement with us.
02A referral is successful once the referred client signs with Hireflow VA and makes their first payment.
03Referred clients must be new to Hireflow VA. Existing clients and leads already in our pipeline don't qualify.
04Rewards follow the tier schedule: $500 for referrals 1–3, $250 for referrals 4–13, $100 for referrals 14–28.
05Tiers are counted per referrer across the lifetime of the program, not reset annually.
06Rewards are issued within five business days of the referred client's first payment clearing.
07Referrals must be submitted to sophia@investwithrama.co before the referred client contacts us independently.
08Hireflow VA may update or end the program at any time. Referrals already submitted are honored under the terms in effect when they were sent.
