No. The hiring package is completely standalone. The training add-on is optional but recommended if you want your VA ready with zero ramp-up time. Many clients add it after they've completed their placement call and seen the onboarding scope.
Founding member pricing is capped at the first 10 clients. When those spots fill, the price goes up — no exceptions. The progress bar on the pricing card reflects the current number of spots remaining. Once they're gone, they're gone.
Yes. We're based in Portland, OR but we place VAs for clients across the country. All placements are remote, so location is never a barrier. Time zone alignment is part of our matching criteria regardless of where you're located.
Each placement is a separate hiring package. If you're placing two or more VAs at once, reach out directly — we offer multi-placement pricing for teams and agencies. Book a call and we'll put together a custom quote.
If you're not satisfied with your placement within the first 30 days — for any reason — contact us and we restart the entire process: new sourcing, new vetting, new shortlist. There's no fee, no fine print, and no awkward negotiation. We want you to end up with the right VA, full stop.
You negotiate and pay your VA directly at whatever rate you agree to. We don't take a percentage of their salary, we don't add a markup, and we don't invoice you monthly for the ongoing employment relationship. Our fee is the one-time placement fee — nothing more.
